Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lauki (bottle gourd), grated
  • 2 cups Yogurt whisked
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder roasted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and grate the lauki (bottle gourd).
  2. 2. Boil the grated lauki in a pan with a little water until it becomes soft. Drain and let it cool.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  4. 4. Add the boiled lauki, roasted cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped coriander leaves to the yogurt. Mix well.
  5. 5. Serve chilled as a side dish.
