Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook for another 5-7 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
