  • 300 g Lotus Stem sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add sliced lotus stem and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cook for another 10-12 minutes until lotus stem is crispy and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
