Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. Add turmeric powder and cashew nuts. Sauté until cashews turn golden brown.
  4. Add cooked rice and salt. Mix well.
  5. Gently fold in the diced mangoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve warm.
