A delicious and spicy Indian okra fry, perfect as a side dish.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Okra (Bhindi) washed and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- to taste Salt
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
Add the cut okra and salt to taste. Mix well.
Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the okra is tender and cooked through.
Serve hot as a side dish with chapati or rice.
