Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon Red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and vegetable oil.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
