- 1 kg Chicken wings
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Garam masala
- 1 tablespoon Red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine all the spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and vegetable oil.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture.
Place the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
