- 4 slices Bread preferably stale
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
4. Place the coated bread slices in the hot pan and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Serve hot with a side of chutney or ketchup.
