  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
