Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Green Peas
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
  4. Add mushrooms and peas. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Serve hot.
