Indian Matki Sabzi Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Sprouted Matki (Moth Beans)
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, chopped
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
5. Add sprouted matki and salt. Mix everything well.
6. Add 1 cup of water, close the lid, and cook for 2-3 whistles.
7. Once the pressure releases, open the lid and simmer for a few minutes if needed.
8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
