Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fenugreek leaves (Methi) chopped
  • 1 medium Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Once the seeds crackle, add chopped fenugreek leaves and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and mix well.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
  6. Serve hot with roti or rice.
