Indian Methi Gobi Recipe
A flavorful Indian dish made with fenugreek leaves and cauliflower.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Fenugreek leaves (Methi) chopped
- 1 medium Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- to taste Salt
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Once the seeds crackle, add chopped fenugreek leaves and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add cauliflower florets and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
