Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fenugreek leaves (Methi) chopped
  • 1 cup Green peas (Matar) fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Cream (Malai)
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 medium Tomatoes pureed
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add chopped fenugreek leaves and green peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Add cream and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with roti or rice.
