Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Methi (Fenugreek) leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add chopped methi leaves and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with roti or rice.
