Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Minced Meat
  • 3 Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add minced meat and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in curry powder and turmeric. Cook for another minute.
  5. Add diced potatoes, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
