Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the mint leaves and yogurt to a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add ginger and garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.
  4. 4. Add turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Add the mint-yogurt paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Add paneer cubes and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Add salt to taste and serve hot.
