Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Yogurt whisked
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
  3. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until oil separates.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add whisked yogurt and salt. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
