Indian Mughlai Gobi Recipe
A rich and flavorful cauliflower dish with Mughlai spices.

Main Ingredients
- 1 large Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 cup Yogurt whisked
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until oil separates.
Add cauliflower florets and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add whisked yogurt and salt. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
