Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for another minute.
  4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  6. Add sliced mushrooms and salt. Cook until mushrooms are tender and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
