Indian Mushroom Do Pyaza Recipe
A delicious Indian dish featuring mushrooms cooked with double the onions.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 2 medium Onions sliced
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
