Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they soften.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot with rice or naan.
