Indian Mushroom Masala Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 250 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 2 cups Tomatoes pureed
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for another minute.
Add pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 10-15 minutes until they are tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
