Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 1 unit Green Chili sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add sliced onions and green chili, sauté until onions are golden brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms, salt, and black pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
