Indian Mushroom Pepper Fry
A quick and spicy mushroom dish that's perfect for a side or a main.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 unit Onion sliced
- 1 unit Green Chili sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced onions and green chili, sauté until onions are golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add sliced mushrooms, salt, and black pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
