Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Mutton cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 2 Onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Green Chilies slit
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Fry until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Add mutton pieces, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat until mutton is tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once mutton is cooked, add garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice or roti.
