Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Gram flour (Besan)
- 1 cup Ghee
- 2 cups Sugar
- ½ cup Water
1. Sieve the gram flour and set aside.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and add the sieved gram flour. Roast until it turns golden brown.
3. In another pan, mix sugar and water. Cook until it reaches a one-string consistency.
4. Add the roasted gram flour mixture to the sugar syrup. Stir continuously until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased tray and let it cool. Cut into desired shapes.
