Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Gram flour (besan)
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • ½ cup Ghee melted
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped nuts optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, gram flour, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add melted ghee to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly. Place them on a baking tray.
  5. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool before serving.
