- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon Green Chili, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Curry Leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk and water.
Add the grated ginger, chopped green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and salt.
Whisk everything together until well combined.
Serve chilled.
