  • 500 grams Okra washed and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine okra, olive oil, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Place the okra in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
