Indian Okra and Tomato Stir Fry Recipe

- 500 g Okra sliced
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- to taste Salt
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add sliced okra and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until okra is tender.
Serve hot with rice or chapati.
