Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Spinach fresh
- 1 cup Corn boiled
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and blend to a smooth puree.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
4. Add turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for a minute.
5. Add the spinach puree and boiled corn. Mix well.
6. Add salt to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
