Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 cup Corn boiled
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and blend to a smooth puree.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for a minute.
  5. 5. Add the spinach puree and boiled corn. Mix well.
  6. 6. Add salt to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
