Indian Palak Mushroom Recipe
A delicious and healthy Indian dish made with spinach and mushrooms.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Spinach washed and chopped
- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 cup Tomato puree
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute.
4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
6. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
7. Blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
8. Return the paste to the pan, add sliced mushrooms, and cook until mushrooms are tender.
9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
