Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Spinach (Palak), finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • as needed Water for kneading

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, chopped spinach, cumin seeds, and salt.
  2. Add oil and mix well. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
  4. Roll out each ball into a flat disc using a rolling pin.
  5. Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Cook each paratha until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
