Indian Palak Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Spinach fresh
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
3. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
5. Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Blend the soup until smooth using a blender.
7. Return the soup to the pot, add garam masala, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
