Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Spinach fresh
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. 3. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. 4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Blend the soup until smooth using a blender.
  7. 7. Return the soup to the pot, add garam masala, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve hot.
