Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer cubed
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. 2. Add the paneer cubes to the mixture and coat them well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the marinated paneer cubes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot with a side of mint chutney or ketchup.
