Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer cubed
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  5. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add corn and paneer, mix well.
  7. Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with rice or naan.
