Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced capsicum and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add cubed paneer and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
