Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer cubed
  • 2 Capsicum sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add sliced capsicum and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add cubed paneer and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with roti or rice.
