Indian Paneer Ghee Roast Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 250 grams Paneer cubed
- 3 tablespoons Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 cup Yogurt whisked
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Sauté for a minute.
Add the cubed paneer and salt. Cook until the paneer is golden brown.
Add the whisked yogurt and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
