Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer cubed
  • 3 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Yogurt whisked
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 sprigs Curry Leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the cubed paneer and salt. Cook until the paneer is golden brown.
  4. Add the whisked yogurt and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
