Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer cubed
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add sliced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add cubed paneer and garam masala. Mix gently and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
