Indian Paneer Jalfrezi
A delicious and spicy Indian dish made with paneer and vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer cubed
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 1 medium Bell Pepper sliced
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 2 medium Tomatoes chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add sliced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cubed paneer and garam masala. Mix gently and cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
