Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers.
  4. Heat the grill and brush it with oil. Grill the paneer skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden and slightly charred.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney.
