Paneer Tikka
- 250 g Paneer cubed
- 1 cup Yogurt thick
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt
Masala Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill or oven to 200°C (392°F). Grill or bake the marinated paneer until golden brown.
3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add tomato puree, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
5. Add grilled paneer to the masala sauce. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
