Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer cubed
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated paneer cubes until golden brown on all sides.
  4. 4. Toast the bread slices on the same grill pan until crispy.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by placing grilled paneer cubes between two slices of toasted bread.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
