Indian Panjiri Recipe
A traditional Indian sweet dish made with whole wheat flour, ghee, and dry fruits. It's often prepared during festivals and as a nutritious snack.

- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- ½ cup Ghee
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Almonds chopped
- ¼ cup Cashews chopped
- ¼ cup Raisins
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add whole wheat flour and roast on low flame until it turns golden brown.
Add chopped almonds, cashews, and raisins. Roast for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Add sugar and mix well.
Store in an airtight container.
