Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Papad Roasted
  • 1 cup Yogurt Whisked
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves Chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Sauté for a few seconds.
  3. Add whisked yogurt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add water and bring it to a boil. Add salt to taste.
  5. Break roasted papads into pieces and add them to the boiling mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
