Indian Papad ki Sabji
A traditional Rajasthani dish made with papad, yogurt, and spices.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Papad Roasted
- 1 cup Yogurt Whisked
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves Chopped, for garnish
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Sauté for a few seconds.
Add whisked yogurt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and bring it to a boil. Add salt to taste.
Break roasted papads into pieces and add them to the boiling mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
