Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 pcs Green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, and salt.
2. Boil water in a steamer. Add the rice flour mixture to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
4. Grease a plate with oil and spread the mixture evenly. Steam for 10-15 minutes.
5. Cut into pieces and serve hot with oil and pickle.
