Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the sliced parwal and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until parwal is tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
