Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add shredded cabbage and stir well.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the cabbage is cooked, add garam masala and mix well.
  6. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
