  • 3 pieces Bitter Gourd sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add sliced bitter gourd and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes until the bitter gourd is crispy.
