Indian Phool Gobi Korma Recipe
A delicious and aromatic Indian cauliflower curry.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- to taste Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for another minute.
Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
Add turmeric, coriander, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add cauliflower florets and mix to coat with the spices.
Pour in coconut milk, cover, and let it simmer until the cauliflower is tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
