Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plantain Flower finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 2 nos Green Chilies slit
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • ¼ cup Grated Coconut
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add urad dal, green chilies, asafoetida, and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the chopped plantain flower and salt. Cook for 10-12 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Finally, add grated coconut, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
