Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes medium-sized, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Yogurt thick
  • 2 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cornflour, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and ginger garlic paste.
  2. 2. Add the cubed potatoes to the mixture and coat them well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the marinated potatoes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Remove the potatoes from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Serve hot with a side of chutney or sauce.
