Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add curry powder and cook for another minute.
  4. Add diced potatoes, tomato sauce, and coconut milk. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
