Indian Potatoes and Cauliflower Recipe
A simple and delicious Indian-inspired dish made with potatoes and cauliflower.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Potatoes, diced
- 4 cups Cauliflower florets
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder optional
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add diced potatoes and cauliflower florets. Stir well.
Sprinkle turmeric, garam masala, salt, and red chili powder (if using) over the vegetables. Mix to coat evenly.
Cover and cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot.
