Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 Pointed Gourds medium-sized
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Grated Paneer
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and peel the pointed gourds. Make a slit lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add grated paneer, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stuff the pointed gourds with the paneer mixture.
  4. 4. Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Add the stuffed gourds and cook on low heat until they are tender and cooked through.
